President & CEO: Larry Wexler Vice-President & CFO: Bob Heisler What is a SOLARCYCLE? The SOLARCYCLE is a pure solar-electric hybrid vehicle that will sell for about $20,000, with the ability to sell power back to the electrical grid instead of buying gas. Our SOLARCYCLE was first tagged and titled in 2002. You can see similar (NON-TAGGED) vehicles in cross-continental races and rallies around the world. They can reach 70+mph and sustain that speed all day. So why isn't anyone mass producing them? Our street legal 3 wheeled enclosed solar electric air conditioned motorcycle seats four. Others that tried to sell electric vehicles did not make them light enough, nor did they incorporate the solar charge option. Infrastructure, storage, power transformation and conversion and distribution costs prohibit any other form of alternatively powered vehicles. Also, if you can add relatively UNLIMITED RANGE per day you have a vehicle many motorcyclists will buy. We are working on a four wheel concept to be ready in 2010. SOLARCYCLES will not be limited to efficiency races or other planets when theybecome available in a few years. Lightweight, 3 wheeled motorcycles are not for everyone, but the feeling of being in a regular vehicle is similar, although, you are a little lower. Who care's? Even our new efficient LED headlight enables all the electric speed and range at night for the ultimate 24 hr. driving experience. Contact Greenhouse 2000, Inc. SHOWROOM READY! From concept to an alternatively powered vehicle, you'll be able to park on your sunny street years ahead of fuel cell vehicles. Infrastructure to supply power to the grid, if needed, already exists. Vehicles will also be equipped with a fast charger and have electric power available for appliances or power outages.

The concept is on the road! All went well on our latest test run. Our video team set up, focused in and off we went. We'll have much more videos to show in the future.
